Village Trustee Derrick Burgess released his first monthly newsletter on Thursday at his Town Hall Meeting.
According to the newsletter, the Village's water fund account balance has been steadily decreasing. The Village administration appears to be balancing the budget with water fund revenues to make up budgetary shortfalls, although Burgess' newsletter stops short of stating that.
